Kalathos beach
The beach of Kalathos is located on the south-eastern coast of the island, just under 50 km from the town center and less than 5 km from Lindos.
This long and extensive beach is mainly covered with fine golden sand but the are also mixed parts with sand and pebbles. The waters are deep clear and clean.
Although not as famous as other beaches on the island, its tranquil and unassuming character seems to be particularly appreciated by its visitors.
Wooden sun beds and bamboo umbrellas are provided in some areas to use if you wish to hire.
